The discharge will cease if a person within the Local community acquires the potential to grant a valid discharge without the involvement of others.If an application is made below any provision of Order XXI of the Code of Civil Treatment, 1908, and the applicant or appellant continues to be misled by any order, observe, or judgement in the High Cou
